Customer description and recovery process:

    The customer said that the system installed on its computer was Linux, and the computer was jammed when it entered the system. At first, the customer thought it was a system problem, so it took out the hard drive directly for data backup, but it was found that the data could not be read at all. With an introduction of a friend, the customer went to the Company for help, requested to recover all the data, and hoped us to try our best to repair the Linux system.  The Company's technologists used professional data recovery tools to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the hard drive. We found that the hard drive firmware has malfunctioned and hard drive has bad sectors, causing the computer not to access the system. By using the tools independently developed by the Company, engineers analyzed the unique underlying file architecture of Linux system, exported the data required by the customer, and finally successfully recovered all data for the customer. After communicating with the customer, we knew that the special software and preference settings installed by the customer needed to be start with the original system, and the customer hoped that the original system could be repaired. Therefore, the engineers further studied the system, and finally successfully repaired it for the customer.

Reminders:

    In case of malfunction of hard drive and the need for data recovery, you are advised not to try reading the data again by keeping the computer and hard drive on, for this may cause further damage to the storage device and reduce the success rate of data salvation. You are advised to immediately send the storage device to professional data recovery companies for data salvation. Further damage to the storage device may cause the data unable to be salved.
