Customer description and recovery process:

    The customer told us that the computer had suddenly run into system crash during normal operation. When it was restarted, the system could not be accessed again. After examination of the IT Department, the malfunction occurred in hard drive, which contained very important data. There was a need to rescue the data. As the hard drive was possessed by the government, the data stored in them was very sensitive. The customer needed to be very cautious when selecting a company of data salvation. After that they used professional equipment of the Company as auxiliary tools to repair firmware of the customer's hard drive. Finally, they were able to visit data in user area of the hard drive and rescue all data of the customer. It was verified by the customer that all data was complete and the recovery was successful.
