    The customer said that one day at work, it normally turned on the Hyper-V virtual machine on its computer to start work, but when the machine was turned on, all the data in the virtual machine disappeared. Most importantly, the machine contained a large number of customer service recording files and databases. Therefore, the customer immediately looked for the backup file of the virtual machine, but the backup file also disappeared.
