Customer description:
According to the customer, one day, there was power suspension in the office building where they were in. After the server was restarted, they found it impossible to enter the system. After inspection, the network administrator discovered that 3 of the trouble lights of hard drive were on. They sought help from the manufacturer, but the manufacturer told them that according to their warranty they could only exchange new hard drives for the customer, and the service of data recovery free of charge had not been warrantied. What's more, the relevant procedures were complicated and time-consuming, not to mention the problem of no guarantee for confidentiality. In consideration of the cost of time and money, as well as the need for confidentiality, the customer finally decided to engage the Company for data recovery. We were required to recover all the data.

Recovery process:
We sent some of data recovery engineers of the Company to the customer's company for inspection of the server. They recorded relevant information of each hard drive, entered into a confidentiality agreement with the customer, and then took the three hard drives back to the Company for detailed inspection. After inspection, it was discovered that the three hard drives with trouble lamps on respectively had malfunction in magnetic head, firmware, and hard drive sector. As a result, the server failed to log on to the system. The conditions were very complicated. However, technologists from the Company were finally able to recover data from the hard drives after painstaking efforts. The high-quality services provided by the Company helped the customer to be free from complicated and time-consuming procedures. At the same time, the customer was at ease due to conclusion of the confidentiality agreement.
